Arafura will be split up and anything of any value sold off. Even to try and grow out or recover remaining product would be at huge cost. Will be interesting to see if Pas, or anyone else try and aquire the quotta , that's if they are interested.
Some investors over the years made their way to the farm to see where their hard earned dollars were going. A bit of fishing and some natural rock oysters did wonders . To those that stepped up to the plate with a million that dozen oysters came in at about 83,000K a piece.A little over priced .
Now who's arrogant enough to say pearls are good investments? There just too many of them and too many good qualities mass produced all over the world most especially in China. Who's dumb enough to pay more for nucleated South Sea pearls when all nacre freshwater pearls of or better quality exists at much cheaper prices?

Anyone know what happened to the MIS pearls harvested in 2009 and 2010 ? ? Apparently they were taken by Arafura management and as far as I know, the investors that own them have never seen or recieved any money for their pearls
